Well if they borrow from the Floyd cherrypicking playbook, they may make a few dollars, but their legacy with take a shellacking.I thought the most important comments were from George Foreman. He talked about being able to change with the times.
I think other pros need to understand this. Fighters need to change how they do things to make sure they can attract fans.
Not saying everyone needs to adopt a “money Mayweather “ persona but the old way of attracting fans just isn’t working.Comment

Well if you borrowed a brain you would know it won't affect their legacy at all once they retire whatever they do has no bearing on their accomplishments as a pro, fanboys don't write history books you seem not to understand that simple truth.Comment

Well when you follow it up with beating Thurman, a 2 year mandatory that Floyd ducked, you gets mad respect.
Floyd followed up beating Berto with knocking out a Japanese kickboxer.Comment

If that's the case why did he knock out the japanese kid in 1 round? why did he try and ACTUALLY stop Mcgregor?
Difference is Paul is decently trained 50-60lbs heavier at a minimum.. 20 years younger + Floyd is a few years older then he was when he fought those 2
Paul also didn't just blindly charge in and held a lot as the rounds went onComment
-
Well Floyd's legacy is he just wanted easy fights and that is what happened.
