The ref didn't do Ramirez any favors by causing that second knockdown.

Let's not leave that out of the narrative, Josh Taylor.

Bayless was bad all round I though. He often is these days.

Like all the best fighters, Josh has a hyper sense of competitiveness.

As for Kenny Bayless, Kenny is a consistent referee that likes a good fight. Although reliable he's getting older and may not be able to do this much longer.

Josh Taylor, you had plenty of help from corrupt UK referees. For once, you were in a fight in which the rules were enforced ; Josh Taylor would not stay in the neutral corner as Kenny Bayless gave Jose Ramirez the ten-count, thus Bayless had to reset official procedures.

Taylor was trying to get over on Kenny Bayless like Tyson Fury in the third round vs. the 'Bronze-Bomber' Deontay Wilder : Tyson ignored Bayless instructions to wait in the neutral ( after the illegal strike ) by occupying the adjacent corner to jump on Wilder with more rabbit-punches.

'Tart-Tomato' you are a limp-wimp, you could not stop Jose Ramirez with are your illegal tactics, like Gypsy-Bum Tyson Fury could not stop the 'Bronze-Bomber' Deontay Wilder, everyone knows you got lucky.

Kenny had to stop what he was doing a couple of times to tell Josh to back up.

The second count was absolutely fine and the only thing that delayed it slightly was Taylor again refusing to go to a neutral corner.

It doesn't even matter, while the scores could've been slightly wider, the right man won. He needs to get over the 'long counts' that he helped prolong and move on.
That is what I saw as well.

I wanted him to get the W (wouldn’t have mind Ramirez getting it either). I shouted at Taylor to get back and go to the neutral corner, stop interrupting the count. But he could not hear me.

Now all he can do is complain about Bayless not allowing him to stand by Ramirez as he counted. I felt Bayless went easy on him. If this happened in the UK, the refs there may have allowed him to stand around like that with no objection. That fight, along with the ref and scorecards is as neutral/fair as a fight can be for a fighter on hostile territory.
