Manny is fighting for acceptance. That's the sad part. Proving you can hang with today's top welterweights does not catapult you on the P4P list. He was a top 5 fighter of our generation he needs to accept that and leave his legacy there before it's forever tarnished.

Yes it does.. resume' matters. Fighting the best of this generation has to offer after 4 generations of boxing. Does matter. It's called OG. A guy who keeps on being the LION in the Jungle for the longest time. Is the real OG.

The boxing world is a small one. Floyd may have internal knowledge about pacquiao's finance issues now that he is with PBC. Floyd is pushing 45 and he doesn't need to fight top guys. He has accomplished so much in boxing while pacquiao has unfinished business as he has ducked a number of fighters when he was active. He fought thurman as thurman was the weakest link as a champ 2 years ago. He wanted no parts of crawford when he was at top rank, priced himself out of the crawford fight recently, and he is now fighting spence as spence is the biggest draw at welterweight. Do you honestly think pacquiao would have fought spence if spence wasn't a draw? Hell no! He didn't even want to mention spence and crawford names when they were up and coming stars.

Um, he did prove that he can hang by beating a prime Keith Thurman. Snatching his 0.
Put himself above Floyd all time imo by doing so.
Why are you cats so worried about what Manny does with his career. He's in his lane fighting pro boxers, Floyd's in his lane doing these exhibitions. Obviously there's big money to be made for both of these guys.
Srr, Ali, Srl, Etc. a lot of guys lost bad in the end and maybe took 2 or 3 fights too many, and it didn't tarnish the legacy at all.
Floyd don't want to fight the guy, but will talk s××t from a safe distance.

lol You can't even see the context of it all. An 0-1 fighter did that to Floyd who was supposed to Knock him out and couldn't. Doe..

Maybe Pac must fight, but he doesn`t need to fight Spence, Floyd.

Pac could make millions fighting McGregor, Broner 2, Mikey Garcia and so on.

                  It is about legacy.

Yes, we all know it's reverse phcology in its simplest form.
Floyd knows pac s doing it for legacy and pac s legacy grows from even daring to take the fight when Crawford wouldn't and Floyd himself didn't when he was 36 years old. You can't call Pac s ducker and be taken serious that's for sure.

Floyd knows his legacy has taken a hit not being able to stop a youtuber, when most think Pac beats YouTubers in 1 round, which is continuation of idea Pac beats common opponents more dominant

Floyd knows Pac could be fighting YouTubers and mm a fighters if he wanted to also and make millions. Floyd knows in his heart you can't be criticising Pac for this fight and daring to be great something Floyd knows little about.

Floyd so wanted to be great. But didn't dare to be. If he did dare his career would have taken a different course, route, trajectory. He'd have fought abroad, wouldn't have had cw with nel o just before retiring, would have rematches biggest rivals, would have went out on his shield, Floyd feared changing of guard, etc etc
