Please explain how any current or past fighter of the past 3 decades pass this guy????

Because he came from straw weight, plain and simple. He's always been the small man and always took the toughest challenges.

Ray Leonard's wins are amazing no doubt. But he waited for Hagler to get old and pulled some retirement bull**** so fought a whole lot less than Manny

SRL has the prototypical quality over quantity resume. It's literally insane. Manny has the impressive rise through weights but wins are wins and SRL got those at the highest level.

pac and it's not even close. SRL resume is great but its pales compare to pac specially from 105 upto jr middleweight.

Depends on what your criteria is for ATG. Some view moving up weight more highly. Others think longevity should be rewarded. There just weren’t many ATGs in Pacquiao’s era. I think Breadman said he’d have a case for GOAT if he beat Crawford so beating Spence can’t be too far behind.
