Norris advises one possible key to it, is to pressure Floyd on his left flank and then when he moves right, to drop a big right on him.

I can't believe I overlooked this. This works and has worked a couple times. In fact, the right hand along the ropes that JMM caught Floyd with was set up in a similar manner.
