The Paul brothers are extremely lucky to have Floyd. Can’t imagine this happening to any other amateur boxer ever again. Unless legit celebrities like other sport athletes, actors, etc. start doing this.

It's actually the other way around.. If this thing is going to make money. It's the fans of the Paul's who will give Floyd that money. If you look at the poll. Most boxing fans aren't paying for this Circus.
Floyd is fortunate to have these lads give him this easy money..

''I can't believe people are buying this !!!! What can I do to shame them and make myself feel superior ?!?!? I KNOW !!! I will go to a boxing forum and type in my superiority !! This will surely work. SALES WILL NOW PLUMMET ''
The real story behind the exhibition match is, it's an exhibition match.
Ain't the 1st one, won't be the last.
No one has to pay, though.
Keep making excuses while Floyd ruins the credibility of boxing. Like you said, no one has to pay. However, people will and this will start to become a regular occurrence. Serious boxing fans who follow the sport (not one or two fighters) are seeing less and less meaningful fights being made. Even the weigh-in was a farce apparently. WTF was all the rapping about?
Genuine question. Do you feel that the idea of people paying for this is good for boxing's longevity and reputation as competitive sport?
