It's actually the other way around.. If this thing is going to make money. It's the fans of the Paul's who will give Floyd that money. If you look at the poll. Most boxing fans aren't paying for this Circus.

Keep making excuses while Floyd ruins the credibility of boxing. Like you said, no one has to pay. However, people will and this will start to become a regular occurrence. Serious boxing fans who follow the sport (not one or two fighters) are seeing less and less meaningful fights being made. Even the weigh-in was a farce apparently. WTF was all the rapping about?

Genuine question. Do you feel that the idea of people paying for this is good for boxing's longevity and reputation as competitive sport?
