Comments Thread For: Mayweather Contacts Woodley, Wants To Help Prepare Him For Jake Paul

Five division world champion Floyd Mayweather is willing to train MMA veteran Tyron Woodley for his August pro boxing debut against Youtube star Jake Paul. This coming Sunday night in Miami, the 44-year-old Mayweather will return to the ring in an exhibition fight with Jake's older brother, 26-year-old Logan Paul, on Showtime pay-per-view.

He's not the greatest of all time but not bad idea to train there. Leonard and Hearns would've smashed Mayweather, and a more prime Oscar and Mosley would've been too much.

Woodley will get ktfo by Paul.

not as sure about a prime Oscar and Mosley as Oscar always struggled with stamina which was mayweather’s strength, and Mosley always seemed to struggled with skilled boxers. But Leonard and Hearns would have beaten him for sure and in the case of hearns, I think he’d knock Floyd out.

There’s a reason why Mosley avoided Floyd back in the early 2000s. Sugar saw something and knew that he wouldn’t be able to beat him.

              maybe

but I think that could be Plan B... Mayweather can fight anyone, and when Logan gets embarrassed the other Paul brother could be a real hard sell

              you could be right

              or... Plan A is revenge

Floyd will embarrass Logan, but he may not stop him... corner stoppage is the most likely way that could happen, and Jake Paul will be even harder to stop

I think Floyd would LOVE to coach the guy who drilled Jake Paul and knocked him the fcuk out

if Woodley can land a flush straight right hand, or even a perfect hook, Paul could take a nap

you touched my cap, I made sure you got knocked the fcuk out

I dunno, you could be right

              ....
