He shouldve retired after the first fight. HE did all he had to, there was no reason for a rematch. He won heavyweight came back and won light-heavyweight too what else was left?????? Except making more money!!!!!!

I couldn't stand his ****iness after the Ruiz fight actually probably a couple of years before, but I've grown to admire him again for getting back in the ring after two brutal knockouts.

I admit I liked seeing him humbled and brought back to earth, but I give credit for the man as a fighter.

No one has a right to tell a man to quit doing something he loves (and is still pretty good at and makes killer money doing).

      dude

he's going down as a legend even if he fights 12 more times and gets KOd every time.

his legacy is cemented already, anything he might or might not do just add to it.

He could've retired with a better resume and protected his legacy. But he didn't, his ego got in the way and now we saw not so Mr.Untouchable Roy, the last few years.

He had his first triology bout (important for a fighters legacy/greatness if he has one), his Morales-Barrera moment or Ali-Frazier and he choked. The third fight was winnable but he didn't give it his all. Not being in his prime was no excuse, still had fast hands. Ali lost his fast feet against Frazier but he stil gave it his all in Manilla.

He still is goin down as a legend. His crash has cost him some points, tho not as bad as some make it out to have been.

Well there would be no debate that his legacy is better than Joe Calzaghe's that's for sure.

He answered a big question tho in the Calzaghe fight, he has tons of heart. He was going down as a legend either way tho.

Jones' legacy and ledger aren't perfect, but if there's one thing I do know, I'll never see a fighter quite like him again.
