Listen to you all talking about people ducking Matias...Really...... he is strong but limited. The guy eats punches as if it is illegal to avoid them!!! Put him in there with Postol and he gets taken to school. A good measuring stick would be him against Jose Zepeda and if he passes that test then we can start talking about him!!!

I was really impressed by the job Matias did this past weekend. Would welcome a Matias/Zapeda fight next assuming Taylor fights Catterall in the big money European fight.

The commentator asked Matias if Saturday was the most punishment he had ever dished out to someone in the ring. Pretty awful question to ask someone who killed an opponent.

I can’t believe people are saying JT will avoid him. The man had zero defence on Saturday. Neither fighter jabbed all fight.

Ergashev > Matias as far as the eye test goes. Matias tends to get hit a lot. I just want to see Ergashev finally get his moment. Hopefully his situation with Salita gets sorted out.

I think Taylor will pick him apart with combinations. Matias gets hit way too much.

The butthurt crew are noisy. He was wobbled a couple of times as well. His defence isn't great and I think Taylor could stop him.

Josh Taylor defense is also horrible. Josh Taylor would need to stop Subriel Matias, unfortunately for Taylor we all know that he does not KO anyone good.

I do too, and I agree with your "eye test!" Ergashev vs. Matias would be a WAR! I'm loving Brandun Lee & Gary Antuanne too, and I hope they both fight 3 times in 2021! They should be ready for title shots in 2022!

Yup. I’m ready to see both Brandun Lee and Antuane Russell back in action. They both have a lot of potential.
