Well Ryan Garcia fights on DAZN too so that fight shouldn’t be a problem.

I know that Eddie Hearn supposedly offered to allow Demetrius Andrade to “cross the street” for Charlo so perhaps he could do the same for Haney to face Teo or Tank Davis.

I think both guys have holes in their games still, but that is true for most fighters, even seasoned pros.

Haney, for whatever reason, seems like a different fighter in fights after the first few rounds. He starts to fatigue or something, and the quick fluid movement he shows early on kind of fades.

Teo has great pop but I thought he was close to going away late in the fight vs Loma. He still seems a little mentally shaky to me but credit to him for that Loma win.

I'd favor Teo just because right now I think it's a tough matchup for Devin. Teo has great pop, and I don't know if Devin has enough for 12 rounds to keep from getting hit with the big shot.

You never know though - sometimes the guy like Haney who gets accused by some of stinking the joint out, ends up being able to neutralize guys like that in fights. I would bet on the explosiveness of Lopez to win out right now though if they fought.

Nice breakdown. I agree that Teo is the one with the ability to end the fight with one shot. Haney would be better off looking to outscore Lopez but 12 rounds is a long time to go without making a mistake like he did against Linares. Either way, I want to see them fight this year or next at the latest.

Thanks. Yeah I doubt Haney would be that bold vs Teo. I'm not a hater of Haney though. I just think sometimes he looks really really impressive. And sometimes he looks average and easy to hit, with no real pop. But yeah please someone make all these guys fight each other!!! Lol boxing needs it

Lmfao that fight was 4 years ago. Linares isn't the same fighter. He got stopped in the first like one fight ago.
One somewhere decent win and you hankey fans are hyping him up. Who elsr had hankey fought? Ryan has velez, romero, fonseca and Campbell. Can you name anyone elsr on hankeys resume?

It was three fights ago at 140, and if Haney didn’t beat the same Jorge Linares then you could argue that Ryan Garcia didn’t beat the same Luke Campbell. For the record, I give credit to both guys but it’s easy to twist the narrative to criticize a fighter you don’t like. I’m a boxing fan period so I don’t call fighters names.

Yes, Ryan Garcia has more names because he’s a bigger draw with more power to choose his opponents. Velez, Romero Duno and Francisco Fonseca are decent fighters but it sounds like you would call them bums if Devin Haney beat them instead.

If Haney is so overhyped then Ryan Garcia should take the title shot he earned by beating Campbell

Linares also got knocked out in 1 and 2 rounds a decade ago.
