    Donaire Appreciation Thread

Just a ****ing legend. He's given us so many great fights and he's fought so many great fighters, and each time he's lost and been written out, he always comes back for more. I really respect Donaire.

I thought I would've been able to see the Donaire fight, I missed it! Linares vs Haney was actually good but yeah I regret it too. Makes me happy Donaire pulled the upset, yet again.

Man, after he lost to Rigondeaux everybody thought he was done, overrated and we all thought Rigo would go on to do great things

Here we are 8 years later, Rigo is done and practicality forgotten while Donaire is knocking out champs at 38

This was the fight I wanted to see all night. I turned the volume down on the Haney fight when Nonito started fighting. Ive always been a fan and Im over the moon for him. Its hard to fck with him at that weight, mfer thrwin bricks.

Well, I'll say, I appreciate the f**k out of him. When I was growing up watching Pacquiao and heard of these Donaire brothers, I was excited. Sure, his brother wasn't much, but Nonito showed he had the heart of a champion. When his brother was stopped by Vic Darchyan, Nonito knocked him the f**k out.

He's only added to his legacy almost every fight there after. I respect an old warrior. He shows that it's not all about strength, power, age, stamina, but rather experience. When you have that, it can negate all the rest. Nonito just showed that tonight with his poise and patience. He knew he had this dude, but had to wait for the moment to unleash. When it came, well, fight's over.
