    Haney will never be elite

No power, questionable chin, pretty simple really.

Give him all the skills in the world, it doesn't matter. If you can't gain an opponents respect with your power eventually someone's going to run through you. And that will happen soon with Haney.

I didn’t watch it. Is it still his complete lack of physical strength that’s his main issue?

    nvm. Actually read the OP.

I think he can beat Garcia, but loses to lopez. Tank kills him. I know all of these guys that ducked him are feeling real ****** right now. Lomachenko, lopez, garcia. Now I know for sure Haney is gonna be comfortable with the bs mandatories. I know he's not gonna be calling out Lopez any time soon lol

Actually he was physically strong and manhandling Linares with his hugging and pushing him to the ropes, his strength saved him tonight. He just has no power.

He'd get bludgeoned by Tank Davis or Teofimo.

He's already elite. He picked apart a guy like Linares. He's elite. I don't think people understand what it means to be elite in boxing. With that said, he's not a complete fighter.

If he could stick to fighting behind the jab and countering he may get some good wins. His jab and timing are world class, but his chin and power are questionable. A shot Linares ate clean shots all night and wasn't scared to continue trading.

Pretty much. He has time to put it together, but his durability is questionable. He really did a disservice to himself by trying to impress by going for a stoppage. He probably could have won 12-0 and possibly broke linares down to the body late.
