Who is really the bigger fighter? Marquez or Manny?

I keep hearing all of this "Pac started at 106" stuff, then I hear "Marquez is too small to fight Mayweather" although he started his career out @ 126lbs.......but then I hear "I want to see Manny vs Mayweather".......

Who is really the bigger fighter between Marquez & Pacquiao?

Keep in mind that just a little over a year ago, Manny & Marquez fought @130, so it isnt like Pac has been camping out in the higher divisions that much longer.

Also, if Pac started (106lbs) out at a much lower weight class than Marquez (126lbs), why is OK for him to fight Mayweather but not the "naturally" bigger Marquez?

does the fact that more people believe Manny has a better shot to nullify alot of Mayweather's attributes play a part or is it cause Manny fought his last 3 fights (after the Marquez fight) between 135 & 147 and people feel as if his body has adjusted to the higher weights?

Manny fights on the night a couple of pounds heavier so he is bigger slightly , in boxing its weight that says the size of a fighter not height nor build or anything other than fight weight .
