Shannon Briggs flat-out admitted all of his usage when he got popped in 2016 or 2017. He's the only one I know of that didn't make a pretence of "accidental ingestion".

Randomly Jameel McCline was on Michael Woods podcasts a couple years back & he admitted using PEDs to the point of having a PED fooking team basically. And he said a bunch of those 90's, 00's HW's were geared up although wouldn't name names. Obviously this was well after the fact, but that was a real eye opener for me on how much PEDs were & likely still are used in boxing.

Seems like he's proud of his record of being clean. And seems shocked by this test. His strength coach might have doctored his drinks...or....he may have known about it.
I think it comes down to that. He fired the guy. I guess he'll have to dry out and try again. I've enjoyed his fights. Hope it works out for him. A suspension would retire him for good.

If you're a casual boxing fan I completely understand your surprise but those of us who have extensively followed this sport for years have no business being surprised. There are some outstanding investigative journalism pieces floating around the internet that you can read exposing rampant cheating in boxing. You can insert the name of your favorite fighter here: _____________ and I promise you he is cheating if he is competing at the elite level of his division.
