The excuses from Team Pacquiao was and still are pathetic and suspect as hell. Team Pacquiao is the sole reason it took so long for Mayweather vs Pacquiao. They wanted to pluck every cherry before being exposed and taking a loss. Scared of needles while having tattoos, fake countdowns, stadiums needing built, asking for cutoff dates for FULL RANDOM Olympic style drug testing(the most suspect thing), etc...
