  • if anyones a ***** it's floyd. Him going 12 rounds and winning a SD with ODLH without laying a scratch on him was weak win. Floyd had to jump 7 lbs, while Manny had to jump 12lbs, 17 considering he fought marquez at 130 the same year.

Manny made Oscar say no mas, without losing a round. Floyd's excuses was fighting with pillows as gloves, (**** excuse) , and oscar was 7lbs heavier. Only little girls cry as much, and floyd's in high heels.

    • What Floyd needs to do to considered one of the greats

In order for Floyd to be in discussion of one of the greats he has to KO 2 out of three boxers; Pacquiao, Moseley, and/or Paul Williams. Until then, I'll always say he picked the safe fights.

Also, I don't think the Mayweather/Marquez will be an exciting fight.
More than likely, it will be a close, boring, no knock downs, Split Decision win for somebody, if not a draw. And the loser will claim he was robbed. Thats some Nostradamus shizza for you.

cmon floyd u fought hatton at a blown up 147 weight he wasnt used to, same **** different toilet. pac beat him at his comfy 140lb weight.

as far as dlh there is no excuse for dlh quitting. give credit where credit is due. sure he never really hurt dlh but the pace pac set with his hands did the job.

        • Floyd is right, Manny's wins are overated. Floyd will school him when they meet in the ring and make him look average.

          • Whatever Money. All I have to say is that Hatton was undefeated at 140 when he lost to Pac. Anybody that follows boxing knows that Hatton was sub-par at 147 (collazo anyone?) Pac's victory over Hatton was more impressive IMO. And PBF wishes that he had dominated DLH the way Pac did. That being said the fight with DLH is more controversial due to the weight loss. Either way, Pac wins will always be more impressive because he is more fun to watch, period. PBF is more talented but his style is obviously more boring. I won't hate but that's just the way it is.

              • People conveniently forget how Hatton was claiming to be too big for 140 and that he will be more conformable at 147 before the Mayweather fight.

Hatton should fight at 147 imo. He blows up to too much weight in between fights it's not healthy. Just fight at 147 or retire. He looked like a skeleton @ the weigh-in of his Pacquiao fight.

                  • mayweather chose marquez (two weight classes below his)
                    pacquiao chose cotto
                    actions speak louder than words.

                    • Mayweather is taking credit away from his own win over Hatton by mentioning the fact that Hatton doesn't take care of himself outside of the ring.
