3 A boxer becomes a champion.
4 B boxer retires
5 A boxer becomes what B boxer was, not giving chances to young hungry contenders

Not everyone does it but it seems like a common parttern in boxing, remember how it happen with the trifecta Malignaggi-Thurman-Spence, notice how one assumed the role of the next one as time passed by.

Now about the fighters chance if the fight actually happened, I do think if there is someone at 154 who can beat Jermell is Tim, I know, the kid is very young, hasn't fought a top guy yet but I do see very nice things in his boxing, I'm sure Jermell and his team sees this things that's why he's taking this posturing, high risk, low reward right now.

I think he'll be a problem for anyone in the next years.

Everything can happen in boxing, sure Castaņo can beat Charlo however I'd be shocked happened, styllistically Brian is taylor made for Charlo. Jermell is gonna jab the hell out of him, and is gonna counter him whenever Castaņo tries to close range, don't see it happening, I think Jermell will stop him. but we'll see.
