Yes, I know. I can have the fights on multiple devices all at once but this isn't the first time promoters do this type of crap. As a fan I have to say that it's extremely frustrating that we have such long breaks in any fights and then when we get some decent fights they have numerous fights scheduled on the same date and around the same times.
Charlo, Mungui, and Teofimo all fighting on the same date and around the same time?! Smh..why does boxing continue to do stuff like this?

There isn’t a central league so there isn’t a guy with common sense and a calendar planning things out. -
I think the Tank and Loma fights are going head to head on the same day as well. HBO and SHO used to do this all the time. It never made sense. You're only screwing yourselves out of potential views/purchases.Comment

12 months. 4 weeks in a month. A huge pool of fighters. COVID recession is fading out. Rival networks need to show SOMETHING.Yes, I know. the concept is which fight will you turn into? That’s how they measure it.
DAZN leading the industry. You can replay the fight at any given time. How do you do that for Showtime or Fox or ESPN? Their playback protocol is “PPV” real-time, see it or leave it.

If fighters for the most part are two fights a year, that’s really not a lot of space to reserve. Promoters are going to showcase fight on conflicting dates 100% because the yearly schedule is limited. It’s hard enough for PBC guys to get fights since Haymon has to do is best to dupe the network buyers for certain fights. The problem is that it’s a roll of the dice for “stars” running in conflicting dates. Boxing regimens and camps are synced to the dime, it’s not always practical to just delay one fight because of another. You ruin the rhythm for some fighters and their calibration for datesComment

Meh, there are 52 weeks in a year, and not nearly as many big fights. When you go head to head against another big fight, you split your potential audience.

They're rival companies. That's what people do. NBC puts on sitcoms opposite of CBS.
Their job is to work together when the time calls.
I'm the meantime, They're going after each other.
Also, this is not an offer occurrence. At the most maybe 2 head to head shows. This one is what 5. Pick your poison. Two on PPV, one streaming, one premium cable and one cable.Comment
