He won’t beat Spence or Crawford at this point. Would love to see Boots fight Thurman. I get the feeling that Boots would stop Thurman in the manner of a highlight reel KO.

Take fights to become mandatory for those belts.

Ugas has a belt. He isn't taking that high-risk, low-reward fight.

Anybody with a WBA is a "whenever we feel like you're champion" type of champ...let the WBA tell it. That Super, Interim, Regular, Emeritus, Full status changes at the drop of a hat. Question...is Ugas a "marketable" WBA champion or just another guy with a cute title and a black belt? Asking for a friend.

All I'm saying is, Ugas could be thrown by the wayside due to his lack of marketability. Sad, but true.

PBC is saving Ugas for Spence. Maybe the give Ugas to Thurman so the Thurman Spence fight can be meaningful but Ennis isn't getting it.

I like those matchups you just named!

I can't see Ennis getting these fights either....it's a bit too early him and there's still a bit of unfinished business with the bigger names at WW. These guys are in their early-mid 30's, so they're somewhat on their way out....Ennis will get whomever is left over within the next 2 years.

One or two of them are gonna need a fight with him (if his career continues to blossom) and those who got paid the most and/or did better with their money are gonna retire or take easier fights while they ride off in the sunset.

Just keep doing what he is doing and he will soon be in Spence's position . I believe he and Spence will meet one day. Even if Spence goes to 154, Ennis can meet him up there.

But in perspective - Porter lost to Brook and Danny has done nothing at WW. Spence's best win was over a Brook who had suffered a beat down from Golovkin.

So for all that,I see Ennis beating an in-activeThurman, KO-ing Danny, out pointing Spence and Porter and beating Crawford if he can clip him or otherwise that is a coin toss if it goes to the judges.

I think Ortiz gives Ennis as many problem as Spence and Crawford.

How is Going life and death with Porter a bad thing? Porter is a solid opponent for anyone and will trouble anyone at WW

Didn’t J-Rock believe he was going to beat Charlo and Rosario too?
