Capture a title at 154. He's clearly not accomplishing much at 147 so he might as well do it in another weight. At the very least it could make him a more appealing fight for Spence.

Okay, so Pacquiao settled for less and that's why the Spence fight was made in Vegas and not the Crawford fight? Got it, good to know that Pacquiao settled for less here.

Crawford approached Haymon to make the Spence fight? When exactly did he approach him? Only thing Bob said is that they (Haymon) talked and said they would try to make it in 2020. Nowhere did they ever even get in serious negotiations or even any sort of negotiations minus that conversation.

Thurman being champ when Crawford was champ means what exactly?

Since you want to bring who approached who, BoMac, the manager of Crawford went on a podcast last year saying the likes of Thurman and Porter are interested in the fight but there just isn't enough money....Fast forward a few months after that interview, Porter meets with TR and is told.............there is not enough money for the fight and Crawford can't sell PPVs! Then when called out on that, Trampler then tries to say, well those two are friendly and not interested in fighting! Mind you, the day before Kenny Porter does an interview saying we can't wait any longer for Crawford and it is clear they don't want the fight.

Anyways, an easy fight to make with Taylor with both fighters being in TR? Well, only way it gets made is if it is taken to the UK. Why? Because Crawford can't sell here! How much longer are we going to continue to hear this from Bob and TR? Taylor, a guy who is not even a big name in the UK and one that couldn't even get one of the top broadcasters to air his UNDISPUTED fight is the guy that Crawford has to travel to get the fight? Huh? Now even THAT fight can't be made in the states? Alrighty then............
Well, Spence is a star right? Maybe he brought Pacquiao his 40mil. But what does that have to do with Crawford? Do you really believe 40mil was there for Pacquiao vs Crawford in the US?

Arum ‘approached’ Haymon for the fight and Haymon basically said “no, later”, and you have confirmed as much. Thurman was asking for 10mil right? (denies it on video but plays coy saying ‘I didn’t mention a number’ lol), but again, only when not a champ. I wish Porter just activated this mandatory people talk about but he apparently said he wanted to be respectful of Crawford and then also when he walks away says he regrets not approaching Crawford about the fight. It’s all meh.

I don’t think TR is really into playing the overpaying game as much as the rest. But even Hearn can’t get a PBC fighter out of his shell.

Long shots but should fight Porter or Ugas. It's almost like Crawford is starting from scratch at 147.

Okay, so Spence was able to get Pacquiao the 40M? What does that have to do with Crawford? The fact that his promoter had the chance to make the SAME fight for his guy and chose not to since he didn't want to risk it. You don't think there is a risk that PBC loses money on a Spence/Pacquiao PPV?

Arum never approached him like that. He said it was brought up while they were talking about other fights (likely Wilder/Fury) and they said in 2020 they will discuss it further. After that there were no talks about it despite Arum's rants he would make to look good in front of Crawford...While then going on podcasts and telling the world that the fight is not big enough right now or it can't be made with the pandemic going on.

Thurman said he never asked for 10M, but no offer was made to him....Just like no offer was made to Porter.

But it's okay, I see how you are trying to play this. Maybe Arum will need to trash Crawford in the public a few more times for your pleasure. Maybe THAT'S what you are waiting for.

No. Spence wasn’t able to get Pac the 40m, my insider’s tell me Haymon instead teased him with *******s.

I’m sure the car-crash just escaped your memory momentarily. I’m also pretty sure Thurman got an offer, otherwise that 2mil fell out of the sky during his rant. When he was champ he was also approached by ESPN, according to him. All you have to do is step back. Farmer had a similar issue getting tank, whoever getting Charlo, Josh- Wilder etc etc. Coincidences i’m sure. But it doesn’t seem to me that Crawford is an isolated incident.

I’m cool with wherever Crawford goes. I’m not a promoter fanboy. I just don’t dictate who someone should sign to or not sign to, rather that the fights are made. I’ve just noticed a pattern with PBC.

YOU are the one that keeps throwing these figures out about what Pacquiao got or did not get. I never said how much he got.

Why would the car crash escape my memory? All I said is that Spence/Crawford was never a serious possibility and there have been no negotiations. Sure the plan was for them to talk about the fight in 2020 but it never happened....Due to the crash and pandemic. But the fact is there have been no talks regarding that fight.

Thurman talked about 2M because that's what Brook got and said. Once again, Farmer and Charlo are irrelevant here. I don't know why you keep bringing other fighters up when we are talking about Crawford. You said Farmer had issues getting Tank? Well, Porter is coming TO Crawford and they are willing to fight on Crawford's term...and no offer. Pacquiao was not with PBC and they didn't even attempt to make that fight stateside. Taylor is with TR and Arum doesn't even think that fight could sell stateside.

You can choose to be ignorant and act foolish here, but even Stevie Wonder could see what is happening........And with that note, I am done here.

He needs to do whatever he can to fight Ugas and get the title before Spence can.

So cool, you are perfectly fine with arum's and tr's reasoning for why fights are not being made. No problem.

And btw, they had the ability to make the pacquiao fight in the states, or do you want to ignore that as well?

There is no being "frozen out" going on right now. Tr could have made the pacquiao or porter fights if they wanted to. Two good fights for crawford, the types of fights he is looking for. But his promoter is flat out saying he has zero confidence in crawford selling ppvs and is tired of losing money on him. That's a crawford and tr problem right there, nothing more, nothing less.
