Why did Wilder not hire an elite trainer in over a year?

So if I read correctly he fired Breland and depending on who is reporting Jay Deas also but hired rookie trainer Malik Scott.

Seems like he would want a seasoned trainer who could develop a game plan to stop Fury.

He don’t like Trainers that tell him the truth.

A trainers terminology is like quantum physics to Wilder. Anything more than 1--2 and he gets confused, i think he can only count to 2 poor guy.
