It's f**ked up how that kind of sheeit happens. Making people re-sign, give Arum options on next fights, extend, etc... just to get Bob to make fights. And if you think about leaving Bob he will buy off judges and get you a loss or two. The guy was investigated for being a dirtbag because he really is a piece of sheeit. So many fighters did better when they left him. Oscar, Floyd, Mikey, Cotto, etc... But I think Crawford likes the Top Rank protection program with ESPN exclusivity to duck the top guys and make easy good $.

Since Ugas can't get Spence or Pac next, he might want to unify with Crawford instead of fighting Thurman or a rematch with Porter. Despite the fact that Ugas is a champ, Arum could get away with paying Ugas less than Porter or Thurman.

Crawford-Ugas seems like the best option for both guys right now. The winner will be a unified champ and can fight the unified champ that wins Spence-Pacquiao.
