Once Arum realized there was no money in the Middle East, he didn't pursue it any further. The question you need to ask was why he couldn't just turn his attention to getting it done in July? It took him literally three days to make the Wilder/Fury III fight in Vegas, yet he couldn't make Crawford/Pacquiao in Vegas? If so, why not?
