back when pac was still with arum bob had an excuse or two for not making the fight........then when pac beat thurman he was all about it again...bob had an easy chance to deliver that fight awhile back....real easy.....my guess is he thought pac was washed up and not worth the money pac wanted....instead of investing in bud he was worried about losing some bread on it....

I'm not going to think that way. Spence isn't moving up until he gets the Crawford fight. The problem is THAT is the only fight TR is willing to risk it since according to Trampler, PBC would assume the risk for Spence and pay him. They will cover themselves by offering a small guarantee and then the fighters get paid off how well the PPV does....Don't see that happening though. These guys are going to want a big PPV regardless of sales. Spence/Mikey had 8-9M guarantees at the time the fight was signed.
