There are a few things wrong here:

1. Charlo mentions everyone wanting him to face the best in the world. Andrade is certainly closer to that than Montiel is

2. Charlo then says nobody cares about the WBO belt. That’s funny because I bet he would be happy to fight for it if somebody else had it. For example, you can’t tell me that Charlo wouldn’t fight someone like Chris Eubank Jr. for that belt.

It’s also ironic that his twin brother is facing WBO champion Brian Castano in a unification fight. I guess Jermell didn’t get the memo about how nobody should care about the WBO title, but I digress.

3. Last but not least, he says he wants unification fights. I bet that Andrade would fight Charlo in Houston, on Fox or Showtime, just to get a big fight.

Nope. Munguia was his mandatory for the last fight and wanted no part of Andrade. That’s why Williams got the fight because Munguia was ranked number 1 but refused to fight Andrade also

No there’s one big difference ANDRADE has offered to fight Charlo multiple times and his promoter put up 7 million dollars to do it... PBC hasn’t offered a dime for Andrade to fight him. Charlo wants NO PART of Andrade and every time it comes down to it he will come up with a reason no to fight. In the meantime he pretends he might be interested.

Munguia IS at 160 ♂️ He was the number one contender for Andrade and has been for like a year. Munguia turned it down ! That’s why Williams got the fight and was ranked number 2

How many times have we heard a boxer say "if both fighters wants the fight it gets made" - latest example being tonight's unification.

I don't blame Hearn or Dazn. It's on the fighters. The only guy I give a pass to is Canelo as he is active and his matchmaking is good. GGG is semi retired and doesnt want a mover. Munguia is just ducking and BJS is mad but was holding out on the canelo fight which he got.

Part of the problem is Andrade - should have done more when he was younger.

You guys are funny, these boxers don't have to fight the ppl we the fans/audience want. They have their own lives and do what's best for them. Whether they fight who deem formidable or not is their call not ours. All these guys are professional fighters I doubt they are scared of the next man. This is a business. Every promotion company is going to milk a potential fight for as long as possible to build it up for more money. Andrade is not a big draw and from the business side doesn't make sense to fight him, but on the competitive side I think he is one of the best guys out there. But in the end it's all about making as much money as possible, so if the guy who wants to fight isn't going to make that happen then why fight him?

You're not wrong but as boxing fans we want to see the best fights. Boxers have egos and pride. If the majority of fans start calling a boxer a duck there's a chance they might sack-up and actually accept a competitive fight.

I definitely feel like he should've never backed out the fight vs. Jermell @ 154! His explanation was "promoter issues!" He signs to MatchRoom thinking it would get him the BIG fights, yet he doesn't get any of the Stars that Hearn promotes! His explanation will be "promoter issues!"

Andrade will always be avoided. If he wants big fights he's going to have to make big moves. At this point, if Andrade may need to go after David Benavidez because Plant, Charlo, GGG and Mongia won't fight him but Benavidez will. Either Andrade is as good as he thinks or he's not but he's running out of time and being frozen out until he's old looks like plan for everyone from 154 to 168lbs.
