Bivol has been calling for the fight for a while, in almost every interview

He moved to DAZN and started working with Eddie, and Beterbiev left DAZN straight away after that.

Not saying Beterbiev ducked it, just saying it looked like the fight had the perfect opportunity to be made until Beterbiev moved elsewhere.
