The winner vacates WBC belt, Wilder can fight Whyte for WBC belt in september.

Wilder -Whyte winner fights Joshua -Fury winner early next year.

That could be a scenerio . Not sure A.J would have to vacate though he isn’t being hit with a court order like Fury. Wilder vs Whyte could just be an elimination bout for the winner .

If Fury wins he vacates and owes Wilder nothing but possible minor breach of contract not sure without a belt ?


Either way don’t know why posters think any ruling undermines an undisputed fight ? You cannot force nor strip Fury from going ahead .
