I think the fight is highly interesting because here's the thing.....Fury can't fight on the inside either....LOL. sure he gave a once in a lifetime performance in the second fight and I HIGHLY enjoyed watching Wilder get KO'd....but everyone with a boxing brain in their head knows Tyson fury is not an elite fighter and has a dubious past with cheating to say the very least.....its sink or swim time for both these bums......YES!

Does Wilder really want a third fight against Fury? I wonder. After nearly being off for three years on an alcohol, drug and food binge AND fighting depression, Fury comes back and pulls a draw against Wilder. He even hurt him in the last round after getting up from a knockdown, not to mention he out boxed him all night. In the sequel, Fury adopted the Kronk Gym mentality and used his height, reach, weight and power to utterly man handle Wilder. Deontay has to be asking himself if he really wants anymore to do with Tyson Fury.Comment

I don't honestly believe that Wilder and his people want a third fight. I think this is more about trying to get step-aside money. Chances are we'll end up getting neither the Wilder or Joshua fight lol. Always assume the worst, because this is boxingComment

Empirical. Do you even have any idea what that word actually means. What empirical evidence do you have half wit? Laughable.Yeah, sure he can and then land his ass inside of a nice steel padded cell for contempt of court. You do know that this arbitration is legally binding and is enforceable in a court of law don't you? There is a permanent court injunction against Tyson Fury from fighting anyone else not named Dentay Wilder by September 15. I hope you know that right; Which is why the Joshua fight has been canceled? Moreover, Arum isn't going risk landing his ass inside of a nice steel padded cell either for contempt of court. Which is why he has already booked the fight date for Wilder/Fury III at the Allegiant stadium in Las Vegas on July 24.
Now unto your point about conspiracies; It's not a conspiracy when you have visual/empirical evidence and proof to back up your claim. When you have it it's then known as fact. say what you will about their last bout but Wilder is gonna fuck Fury up this time. I promise and guarantee it. Then what is gonna be your excuse? Then what would you have to say for yourself when Fury finally loses?
There is no injunction just an order to honour the rematch clause should he be fit to do so. Nothing to stop him fighting Joshua in August and then Wilder in September. And the penalty would be a fine. The law seeks to redress damage. The damage would be loss of earnings so the penalty would be a fine. That’s how it works. It’s contract law not criminal. And how exactly do you guarantee a Wilder win. Based on what? The utter incompetence of fighting on the back foot whilst Fury battered him the last time. Or perhaps the two lucky punches he landed when loosing every other round in the first fight. Seriously. Suggest you stop replying to this thread as you’re just making yourself look more ******.

I really hope you are wrong.
To me it seems Wilder clearly wants the fight, it was already said he wants the rematch not step a side moneyComment

Wilder is controlled by his handlers. How much would he (or rather his 'team') make in a third fight with Fury in these post covid days that no one except a few delusion rabid (and mostly likely non paying) wilder fanboys want to see? In that fight his own handlers know he'll get destroyed again. That will be career over or perhaps only fighting real unknown bums for peanuts again.
Or, he makes lots of noise and wrangles the biggest step aside fee he can right now, then subsequently complains about how he is robbed after pocketing 10mil and that he is a king and will lead his (delusional rabid) fanboys to revenge and victory in 2022 by fighting the winner!!!
He after a year of BS hype he will be right back in the picture and people will actually be keen to see that fight, making him another 20mil or so at the age of 36 and being ready to retire and crucially, doubling his handlers money had they insisted on derailing the unification fight.
Follow the money folks....
Edit: Furthermore, styles make fights. If (when) AJ knocks out Fury, Wilder would have much more of a shot of tagging the slower more static AJ and becoming the unified HW Champ. But he's never gonna beat Fury.Comment

In the USA it’s called Tort Law not contract law. Contracts and the breaching of such would be riveted under redress of losses due to a perceived wrong...a wrong now rules to be valid by a presiding magistrate through arbitration. The judge has ruled that due to a signed legally binding contract that Fury must honour the rematch clause and fight wilder by September. The only way around this is if wilder’s attorney’s informed the defendant’s attorneys that a settlement can be reached that would negate the prior contract and create a new one. If fury were the ignore the ruling, he would simply forfeit damages. The damages would later be determined by a court in an actual civil lawsuit. Arbitration is essentially a private judge and arbitration is to avoid a lawsuit. And if that lawsuit were to happen, fury can expect to have to pay wilder the proposed losses in what wilder would have been projected to earn in a third fight as well as the cost of his legal fees and added “damages.” It would literally be the most expensive day of arum, Warren, and fury’s life and wilder could possibly be awarded an 8 to 9 figure sum. Being a private judge, an arbitrator doesn’t have the power to hold someone in contempt. However, arbitration rulings are notoriously difficult to “appeal.” Having said all this, I am not a lawyer, prior to my retirement, I was a law enforcement agent who was an officer of the court and in the USA when a federal agent or law enforcement officer retires, he keeps his commission at the state level.

There's tons of fights that happen that nobody wants to see and this isn't one of them. This fight will be huge because of all the drama and accusations. You're kidding yourselfComment

Fury didn't fight either. There's a reason for that and now we know why.Comment
