Don’t think AJ will commit to fighting Wilder if he beats Fury once or twice.

I don't think he has anything legally stopping Fury from fighting AJ anyways (it has no teeth,& he can just pay Wilder restitution at a later date which will be worth it & paid by SA anyways)

Ppl seem to forget Fury is a UK citizen,he can choose to disobey the ruling altogether if he wants to,& even if he doesn't he can STILL fight AJ anyways because it's happening before the sep date,in SA,& he can choose to retire after 2nd AJ match & or just never fight in the US again. I totally get wanting AJ vs Fury, I prefer that too But COME ON! If you're Fury and you're confident you have Wilder number and can beat him again, it would best best to just do that instead of doing all this nonsense of ignoring the ruling, breeching contract, running to the middle east and never returning to America again and all these little ridiculous ideas that fans are coming up with over the last few hours

Would be easier to take the Trilogy and actually make money from it instead of paying money for Settlement or getting a even bigger Lawsuit for Breech Of Contract. Easy to say "He Should Ignore It And Run..." when it won't effect you personally and YOU won't have to pay up millions

This is my pt,civil rulings are a joke. They have no real teeth, especially in this case imo.(my pt is Fury for all we know will not even be affected by it unless he actually wants to fight Wilder(I think he sees Wilder as easier work than AJ,& he doesn't want AJ to be king of the UK,so you might get your wish merely because Fury prefers to just batter Wilder in a tuneup (as far as he thinks)

The undisputed fight will take place in SA,which means Fury can easily still fight AJ Because its on aug 14,which would mean Furys not breaking arbitration,plus its a civil case & as Adam Davies is reporting Wilder will just get a monetary award

Fury has to fight Wilder next. No amount of step aside money will change that. Fury is getting knocked out. Then Wilder is going to decapitate Joshua, unless Joshua has already been beaten by Usyk.

A court ruling in a civil arbitration usually takes ages to enforce & it normally has lil teeth of any kind,esp to a UK citizen whos going to fight in SA v another UK citizen. I just don't see how this will derail undisputed unless Fury prefers to fight Wilder as a tune up to him(which hes been sounding like for ages whenever he downplays AJ fight,hes been saying hes " at my best when active"

I also think he got worried when BJS got battered, because he was saying"bjs is just like me,we need to be active to be at our best,thats thats only reason I'm not sure he can win"(of course that was before he used Billy as free publicity & decided to proclaim him heir to his gypsy magic & that hed beat Canelo

That is why Lawyers get paid a TON of money, it is their job to sort stuff like this out.
