          Lawrence Okolie, WBO Champ 200
Caleb Plant, IBF Champ 168 (like Haney, Fan of his skills, haven't seen them against anyone)
          Demetrius Andrade, WBO Champ 160
Devin Haney, WBC Champ 135 (Fan of his skills, haven't seen them against anyone)
          Sunny Edwards, IBF Champ 112
          Edwin Soto WBO Champ 108

I disagree about Edwards because he just won his belt off a champ undefeated for a decade.(& He schooled him)Forgot to add, lets include alternate champs like wbc gold

Edwin soto probably. Just goes by strength and youth. Loads up too much, no real ring IQ.
gets outboxed far too easily, can get outworked, has a poor back foot game and doesnt really know how to set up punches.

Just comes forward and when he is close enough he starts to throw mostly single punches. And doesnt keep up a sustained pace which allowed takayama to recover every time he got hurt.

My vote goes to Plant/Andrade & I have to rate them as more disappointing of champs than Haney who I think is being hyped up for his equivalent of Rockey Feilding

                  Andrade

2 weight world champion and hasn't defeated a single current or former world champ. Crazy how Floyd (rightfully) said Gatti was a paper champ but even Gatti fought actual champs during his day.

                    There's a lot of them.

I don't know who I would say is the weakest of them all but there has always been ABC paper champs and there is a ton of them in boxing today.

I think the worst part is that these current crop of ABC paper champs talk THE MOST s.hit as if they are really legit champions.

A few years back, paper champs usually kept quiet and just held their belt. Malignaggi, Clottey, so on and so forth but these new dudes? They have the loudest mouths of any era but then do the most paper champ s.hit you can imagine.
