This is a link to Primer Hora, a local newspaper. There are a couple of clips of him sparring already. This is mainly just to loosen up as he is saying in the interview. At the end of the interview the journalist asks Miguel also about the advantage pacquiao would have with a big ring and Miguel answers pretty emphatically that pacquiao is not a better boxer than him, that in any case, a bigger ring would serve him better than to pacquiao

I' am literally translating what Miguel Cotto answered at the end of the interview. And I believe many people would agree on that. Miguel Cotto is more technically sound than pacquiao
