Are Puerto Ricans so good at boxing cause most of them is black?

My mother is from the island and is mostly black, me and cotto have very similar features and i have been raised as a black american most of my life.

To answer this thread, i think its the culture of fighting i dont really attribute it much to race.

dont know, I mean if your talking the metropolitan area like Bayamon, Carolina, loisa, yes most of the people there are black or have african blood, but the rest of the island like Humacao, Caguas,Mayaguez, Ponce etc..most of the people are white or white/indian "taino".

yeah, there are some white Puerto Ricans. Unfortunately they never step into the gym cause of obvious reasons.
