So some guys say Gilberto Ramirez and D. Benavidez can beat Canelo

The most difficult fight in life of Benavidez was Anthony Dirrell.

He was dropped by Romanian bum.

Ramirez fought Hart twice and couldn`t hurt him.

I mean, enough with this stuff like "only Mexican can beat Canelo". These guys never fought anybody really good and they wouldn`t even know what to do if they fought elite fighter.

Even 40 years old GGG is more dangerous for Canelo.

Benavidez is a real threat. He's way more dangerous than Callum Smith or Billy Joe Saunders.

    Gilberto Ramirez sucks.

I see Benevidez as a big stiff Frankenstein plodder in comparison. Zurdo is a glorified pub brawler. David fights like a walking bottle of aunt jamima syrup. He also is naturally fat at smw in comparison to others,I think he'd get kod by a body shot L hook followed by a right upstairs mid to late. Unlike Smith/Chavez jr who just tried to survive 12 rds,I think David would try to go for broke & get bodied.

Benavidez is a threat because of his reflexes, power and speed. I favor Canelo in that fight but even Canelo and other 168 lb fighters know that with a fighter like Benavidez you can win if you can be on your toes and beat him in the exchanges, but there is also a strong possibility the pressure is too much that he puts and you just get the **** beat out of you down the stretch.

This ^. Seriously can't imagine why anyone might still imagine Zurdo is a threat. A pretty boy who was briefly briefly being groomed as a star until it was realised he didn't really have what it took. Benavidez is... Well I wouldn't favour him, but despite his awkward and sometimes ungainly looking style, he's a deceptively good boxer, and he's big and he got power. There's not all that many opponents left that'd catch my interest for Canelo but Benavidez is one of em

Not a chance canelo is echelons ahead in terms of Elite level skill and experience facing elite opponents. He is unmatched in today's landscape no one in or around his weight have a chance not unlike Mayweather father time is canelos only true adversary at this stage in time. We all know this deep down but I do wish to see a competitive canelo fight perhaps with bivol.

Zurdo would not stand even a puncher’s chance. He fled 168 when it started to heat up, especially with Canelo moving up.
