Thats dumb if so because WADA/VADA still treat clen as a fail in any amount,the only difference is that if its an extremely low amount consistent with meat in Mexico/China they will allow a athlete to prove their case & they will still be subjected to more stringent testing.(also if a fighter tests positive they aren't told til weeks later,& they are tested again immediately & hair tests)

Another thing that flies under radar is that WADA keeps all samples on file,so if a athlete is clean because of testing not being advanced enough,they can be retroactively banned for life later on if new test methods are able to detect what was previously undetectable.
