Only thing I find odd is that canelo always had stamina issues, they were well documented after every fight. His first fight with golovkin he had issues after 4 rounds. Then all of a sudden almost like magic, he pops for clen and now his stamina issues seem to of disappeared. Maybe I’m reaching! But I find it awfully strange especially when I know the effects and advantages are from using clenbuterol.

Plant doesn’t have the heart, and even less the power, to have beaten Saunders decision or ko. He is very unpolished and unfinished as a boxing product as many boxers are these days due to a lack of activity and heart to take in the best. If plant believed in himself, he would have already cleared the division himself since he’s been there longer but he has stalled his career something awful. He completely chickened our vs benavidez who I think is the only fighter in the division to stand a chance against canelo. Plant is there to be hit and knocked out, he punches fast and soft and he is completely hit able to an amatuer degree.expect a price out or a forced mandatory. I think canelo should fight benavidez instead as he is more worthy and skilled as a boxing champion.

I think Plant is overrated myself. He’s a big strong guy sure, but I don’t see anything skill wise that should impress us much? I think the most interesting thing is like you said, how the fight actually gets made? My brother describes it as Plant having the last of the INFINITY STONES. So does that mean he is in the plum spot being able to hold out the longest and hardest? How long before Canelos mandatory defences come into play? Plant being American, even unknown as he is, does that earn him some extra money? Does that make Vegas an option? Can Plant with his name in Nelos mouth now let him make extra? Double? Triple? On some defence of his title? Will he risk another fight? Or try and make sure gets one or two before he gets in there? Or will get the big pay day for being the last in line and team Nelo wanting to get it done fast? I mean Canelo said he’s next. The negotiations are more intriguing than the fight.
