Demetrius Andrade's Resume is Much Better Than You Think it Is

I think it's unfortunate in boxing today that people only look at a fighter's wins, losses, belts, and things like that, and not the actual skill of the fighter. When you look beyond this. you'd see that Andrade's resume is a lot better than you think it is.

Let's start with Vanes. Everyone calls this guy a bum but was ranked in the top 5 by the ring at 154, has fought a number of great opponents. Very close fight with Lara in the rematch, very close fight with Jermell Charlo. Many had Vanes winning. Andrade beat him the easiest. I know he was dropped in round 1 but he went on to clearly dominate the fight and outland him 219-97. That's dominance, it really should not have been a split decision. None of his other great opponents he fought were able to clearly outland him like that.

Willie Nelson, who has a TKO win over Tony Harrison, who beat Jermell Charlo. Andrade stopped him.

Jack Culcay, who in my opinion gave Sergey Dervenchecnko his toughest fight as a professional. Andrade beat him too.

Alantez Fox, who is a GIANT, and Andrade beat him easily.

Akavov, who many think beat BJS. Andrade dominated him and stopped him.

Sulecki, who gave Danny Jacobs a very tough fight, many had him ahead on the scorecards before getting dropped by Jacobs in the 12th. Andrade defeated him with ease.

The proof is that Andrade is not a horrible fighter, has not fought bums, in fact he fights really tough high risk low reward opponents who have all PROVEN themselves to be dangerous against top competition.

    but the fact is:

    Andrade did not TKO Harrison.
    Andrade did not fight Derevichenko.
He did not fight Danny Jacobs.
    He did not fight BJS.

Thats a proof that Andrade fought C-level/B-level opponents who in turn were the ones who fought A-level opponents.
Too bad, transitive property only applies to mathematics. Not in combat sports.

My point is that these opponents have all proven that they are capable of giving great fighters very difficult bouts. Can fighters like GGG say the same? How about BJS? Callum Smith?

When a fight fan has to make a resume glossier than it is and do all sorts of triangular theories.....

The word ''great'' is becoming worthless
