Then you have the fact that top guys only fight once or twice a year. Last but not least there are promotional divides and TV dates to consider so it’s easy to see why it’s hard to build a solid resume if you’re not a cash cow like Canelo.
I agree with your statement which is why it’s a silly argument when fans say how these other guys need to make specific fights to earn a canelo fight. 1. These guys don’t control their own careers as the promotional divides you referenced put the fighters in bad situations and 2. They don’t have the type of following where they can dictate whatever fights they want the way canelo can. Canelo picks the fights he wants, these other guys have fights picked for them.

Charlo. tried eveything to fight clenelo at 160 and was ducked with the help of the WBC. He said that he would only move up to 168 for the Alvarez fight and that's it. Now if Benavidez gets his belt back then he and Charlo can dance at 168.
Jermall own brother (his BLOOD) said Jermall ducked Canelo but you still cant accept it. Gotta find a way to accept reality homie...cause you white as a sheep rn

This is how careers usually go, gimme fights, gimme fights, champonship, unification. Is PBC or anyone else supossed to hand gimme fights to build others prospects? They dont let anyone near a belt of theirs if they have any say on it. But others let them at their belts, thus your examples....

At this point everyone can see this. You're just being dishonest scraping for outliers.

Not to mention the highly ranked fighters PBC keeps locked away from others so they can be fed to their champions.
Danny Jacobs was WBA Champ when he fought GGG! Wilder was WBC Champ when he fought Tyson Fury...TWICE!

Actually Jacobs was Jr champ. And fury was fat & outta shape which is why Wilder wanted it more than AJ.(even IF AJ ducked before that,he offered him 100 mil after 1st match)

The point is Al Haymon does not "protect" his champions! Wilder fought Fury TWICE! Jacobs fought GGG on HBO! Canelo will be fighting Plant next for the IBF title!

You do realize Jacobs was mando to ggg & they still took over a yr to negotiate right? Wilder fighting Fury was a rare occurrence when it was worth doing a joint deal with Top Rank,& Fury wasn't a champion & wasn't thought of as any way a risk for Al,he knew worst case Wilder gets outboxed & had a rematch clause.(I'm sure that the Plant fight can happen but only because Plant is not a prized asset by Haymon,& Al will be desperate to cash him in)
