I think what needs to happen is someone at 160 needs to unifiy 3 belts at least to make it interesting for Canelo to go back down.

So basically we need GGG vs Charlo or GGG vs Andrade, after GGG takes care of Ryota.
Andrade Charlo are the ONLY fights that made sense for GGG after he lost to Canelo. Why wouldn't they? If you thought you got robbed on the scorecards to canelo, what better way to prove it by fighting the 2 boxers people accused Canelo of avoiding at 154 and then winning? Again, no other opponent at 160 makes any sense for GGG except Andrade or charlo.

How can these guys be so ******.

Canelos entire career of risk taking has been based on 1 simple notion, who can I fight next that enhances my legacy the most while realistic? Then he & his team make a plan to achieve whatever goal opponent is best for his career(as any fighter who wasn't a career cherrypicking hypejob is supposed to do)this of course takes into consideration all the intangibles,so with all this being said why would he have fought hypejob fought nobody, done nothing, brings nothing Andrade instead of who hes been fighting in higher more dangerous divisions that generate more money & prestige?

(Dontae the racist imbecile even says Canelo v Andrade was for undisputed (which is complete bs,& which haters would say, "hes the franchise champ doe,& Andrade won his belt vacant v a bum doe"(& at that time Canelo was said to be ducking" the REAL CHAMP Smith"

So to me these ppl make asses of themselves whenever they say these things. (What would've been better for Canelos legacy/career doing exactly what hes done after beating ggg, such as koing champ kov at 175 or fighting Andrade at 160 instead?

Can anyone honestly say they'd have chosen to fight unknown nobody Andrade?

(I call him racist because hes on that ldbc bs)(not saying you're racist if you like Dontae/agree w anything)
To me his only sketch win was kovalev---Who was drained to bits--

Other than that he has fought everyone

I have always said that and always will, if he fights Andrade and wins you won't see me saying there's another boogeyman out there. Right now I rate him as #1 pound for pound because there really isn't anyone else out there in boxing right now doing good things. But a win without controversy over Andrade wouldn't just be good thing, it would be a real legacy defining thing. I have no reason not to give credit or find a new boogey man, I gave Canelo after he beat Saunders and gave him the credit for finally beating a difficult opponent without controversy and indisputably earning that pound for pound spot.
Andrade would have been better for his legacy, however I understand Canelo taking a calculated (and more lucrative) risk against Kovalev at 175. In the meantime I think Andrade should move to 168 and win a title if he is serious about getting his shot. That would be the equivalent of calling Canelo’s bluff since Alvarez wants to be undisputed.

Thats untrue imho, kov never has fought past midnight before,so even if he had to only weigh 185 morning of the fight,he still was allowed to rehydrate til the fight took place, which was past midnight Because of Dazn waiting for ufc to finish)

you CAN argue Canelo was a diva for making him submit to IBF rules, but you can't say Kov was drained when fight happened, thats just not true

Feilding is the only 1 who imo can complain about being drained, because Jacobs ended up with a rehydration advantage
