I'm not referring to the video, I'm referring to your saying that what I posted isn't true,this thread is because ShaneMoselySr has been spreading false disinformation claims against Porter & PBC & deflecting off Bud. Hes been saying Porter could file a form & automatically be sent to purse bid,& that Ortiz getting upgraded to #1 was supposedly because Porter didn't want the fight,& or didn't file that form. The WBO rules as I've been saying, make it clear that Bud doesn't have normal mando commitments because he's been designated Super champ,& Ortiz was only updated to #1 because he now has WBO international belt. NOT because of Porter in any way

A lot of it is Politics and BS! Look up Trout Lawsuit against the WBO because Ironically enough the WBO Bypassed him as well for a Shot at the WBO 154 Belt

So the history is their on top of just Bad History between Haymon and the WBO causing PBC not to even acknowledge the WBO while the WBO for a stretch wasn't acknowledging PBC Fighters or even rankings them. WBO President wanted Haymon to be investigated by Attorney General of the United States I mean if that is not personal then I don't know WTF is:

So I'm not blaming any of the Fighters in this situation because of WBO History! Just Politics and BS which goes on A LOT in boxing. Also too Porter not wanting just 1+ Million to fight Crawford is every understandable when he makes that fighting guys like Formella. Arum just don't care for this fight, he never did, he always made it clear he only cares about the Spence fight for Crawford when it comes to PBC Fighters. So I think Arum has other plans for Bud which is probably winner of Ramirez vs Taylor next week which is not bad and for Arum it is much easier to make and he probably won't have to pay much to get it done either

Great points,thats what I've been saying,that The WBO is corrupt & in bed with Arum,so they have rules like these in their bylaws which then facilitate Bud fighting whoever he wants without having to fight Porter.(Ortiz has now automatically put himself in position to become next mandatory unless he fights for a full belt in another org,which we know he won't. )

I don't know about any ducking, but I'm just not sure what Bud has planned for next if it isn't Pacquiao. Time is ticking and if he is to fight twice this year, he needs to get a fight signed soon. Just thought it would be perfect for him to fight Porter and Spence to fight Ugas and then both (if they won their fights) to face off end of the year.

If Bud is allowed special privileges, why did the WBo just order Crawford-Porter?

Been doing some research into WBO rules,& why Ortiz was upgraded to #1 rank despite Porter not getting his mando shot.

Well it turns out that because Bud is the "Super" champ wheras Andrade is the world champ.
Wbo rules allow Bud to avoid mandos where as world champs like Andrade cannot as easily.(This & only this is responsible for Porter not being able to just force the fight,& this is why no mandatory has been ordered which in turn means Porter cannot file a form to go to purse bid (he has to be declared mando 1st for that) & this is why Andrade had back to back Mando ordered but Bud has going on 2 yrs not & still has not. )

Furthermore it turns out that the WBO made Ortiz v Hooker be for the WBO international title which Was vacant. That & only that was responsible for Ortiz getting installed as #1 contender over Porter who was then automatically demoted.(& This is why no mando has still been ordered,Ortiz has to wait like Porter was)

The reason that Bud is allowed special privileges is because he was already unified champ at lower weights as per WBO rules he was made Super Champion. That means he is allowed sort of a WBO version of the franchise title in the sense he doesn't have same mando commitments.

I will be posting proof(Wbo Rules,Link to why Ortiz was upgraded etc.) in a few minutes to prove everything I said was correct & rumour's going around are not.
