I live in Tampa, Florida and it's alright, local newspapers pretty much claim anyone from the state. Jeff Lacy, Antonio Tarver, Winky Wright, and Roy Jones are from around here, and get covered pretty extensively when they fight.

Jarrel's Gym was putting on some nice shows here in Savannah in the early 2000s but once they lost Nate Campbell, Ebo Elder Lost, and Al Seegar lost, so did boxing in this city... =( Now there is a guy trying to push MMA...

Here in Cleveland is all about Lebron James but just this past weekend they had Camacho Jr. (Not big deal) fighting here in town and you would think that Pavlik living here in Ohio boxing would get bigger thats not the case for the most part I can only talk boxing amount close friends and if I ask just anyone who some of this boxers are they have no clue so I would say Cleveland is kind of dead when it comes to boxing.
