I'm a fan of bud and think he's one of the best out there. But if his next opponent is a Josesito Lopez caliber fighter then he should just retire already. He needs to fight Spence, Pac, Porter, Ugas hell even Danny Garcia would be a massive step up for him. Thurman is somewhere out there too.

You can't deny that he never ducked nobody until MAYBE this year. I say maybe because the real truth takes time to come out. Up until last year he was willing to fight everyone they put in front of him. Now? The fans want him to fight Ortiz, Garcia, Porter, Spence. I'm giving him 2 more fights, if he doesn't fight one of these boxers in the next 2 fights then I'm done with him. But it's only fair to give him a little bit more time because up until this fall nobody was even mentioning any of those names except Spence.

What double standards? Nobody is denying that Canelo has a better resume than Bud. Up until about 10 months ago, there were ZERO allegations that Bud had ever avoided one single opponent. None. He's been fighting the best available comp all his career. While Canelo was running away from fighters like Andrade and Charlo, Bud was chasing Errol Spence. And didn't Shawn Porter basically just admit that Al Haymon prevented that fight from happening?

That is a very large stretch. He has been relevant for ages, and has fought almost nobody of relevance. If he wasn't so talented he would be viewed as another Demitrus Andrade, thats how lackluster his resume is.

I struggle to even decide what his best win is? Khan? Brooke? Both already done. Gamboa? He was already toast and way out of his weight division.
