Vargas has blown up at times, and I would not doubt him being close to 190-200, when not training.

Vargas case is even crazier. If you see him on interviews, like after 8 months of no activity, he baloons. He balloned when he hurt his back, and was not training. I would definitely say he was close to 200 pounds.
