What got you into boxing???

Oscar De La Hoya, he used to always be in exciting fights back in his feather weight and light weight days. I used to be forced to watch Chavez against my will, all Chavez's fights were snoozers but as soon as my dad introduced me to Oscar at the Ruelas fight I fell in love with his style.

Dad liked the sport and allowed me to watch it when I was little. Guess he felt that it was good to learn self defense.

My dad would always watch it when I was younger and I never got into it. Then one night when I was like 11, I watched Margarito vs Santos, Cotto vs Pinto doubleheader. Cotto became my favorite fighter and boxing my favorite sport.

i remember seeing de la hoya-trinidad i enjoyed it but i was little like 6 or 7..but wat got me really into it was when i watched the de la hoya-vargas fight. the ko was the best thing i have ever seen at that time

My dad has been a life long boxing fan, and that's how I got into it. I saw my first match when I was 5. It was Bowe-Holyfield. Rid**** Bowe was the first fighter I started liking a lot. I've followed the sport ever since.

watching tyson growing up mad me like boxing.. and watched all of his matches.. liked Mike.. he was great.. Then once Isaw felix trinidad i got hooked and its been my favorite sport since.. well.. that and baseball .lol
