Of course.the fans, Team Cotto, and even Team Pac knows this..that's why Roach's plan is to stay on the outside and potshot..

Cotto is master at cutting the ring off..and he's a body attacker..so Pac could only stay away for so long..

Cotto knows he's not favored to win in LV..so he's goin for the T/KO and It'll be in the 9th IMO...
