Eddie Hearn Should be Ashamed of Himself

For telling Demetrius Andrade and his father to leave the press conference. That's your fighter. Long before Canelo, GGG, or any of these guys signed with Eddie Hearn, Demetrius Andrade signed with Eddie because he trusted him. His old promoters, Star Boxing, could not get Andrade the big fights. He signed with Hearn to get the Glolovkin or Canelo fight, but it seems like Hearn is trying to stop him from getting these fights.

Eddie has a duty to look out for his fighter, Andrade. It's not his job to kick him out of Canelo Alvarez press conferences.

I didn't see Hearn say this but it is Hearn's job to try to get Andrade in position for a big fight and he's failed to do that.

His number one job now is retain Canelo and develop a long-term relationship with him. Canelo is THE needle mover not Andrade. Harsh but that's just how the game goes.

      Money talks bull**** walks ....

EXACTLY. It's not his job to get Caleb Plant and Avni Yildirim big fights. It's his job to get Demetrius Andrade a big fight.

He was protecting his fighter. Canelo said he was about to kick his ass.

I don't see Canelo's fans saying this though. His fans are all proud the he talked tough. If you were a true fan of Canelo, you'd say make this fight happen NOW, I want to see him F*** up the guy who keeps crashing my press conference.

He basically just said "not now Demetrius" or "now is not the time Demetrius" lol.

Look, Canelo is the one Hearn wants badly to stay on DAZN. Canelo is the one who drives the numbers so of course Hearn is going to make him the #1 priority.

That's the truth but Demetrius also should get out of his contract. Or sign with Bob and try to get Canelo stripped of his WBO if he doesn't fight him. Because nothing right now seems to be working for him.

As a Canelo fan I didn’t like how Canelo handled that situation...I’m disappointed that he wasn’t more gracious about it . Andrade wasn’t disrespectful, I mean in a sense he was because he was taking away from canelos moment, but how he addressed wasn’t disrespectful. But at the same time Andrade has talked **** about him and maybe Canelo had enough, but still I wish Canelo would’ve handled it differently...like he did when Lara crashed his press conference.
