The difference is actually shocking. He's gone from a middling puncher to virtually ATG punch power versus opponents 20lbs bigger than the guys he wasn't denting before.

It is clear that he got caught, they brushed it under the rug, and then the process continued as planned.

The evidence is there for anyone willing to look with open eyes. You can deny the truth all you want, but it doesn't make it any less true. Canelo will never be "P4P doe!", "ATG doe!" because he is on PEDs. His resume looks great, but it will always have an asterisk. He is not the only one, many of the recent "Greats" have been the same way. This has gone on for who knows how long.
