the 90's. cause pac is not a legit welter and floyd wont fight the top guys at welter. so cotto will take all the punishment

Mosley was not a WW in the 90's (I believe he only had 1 fight and it was at the end of 1999 against Rivera) and Pacquiao has only 1 fight at that weight. The list should be like this.
