  • How can ggg/fans cry about robbery when he was allowed to handpick judge? When has a fighter ever been allowed only judge in rematch who said he won?

Simple questions, but boxing/ fans defy all logic & reason

And the other 2 judges were pro ggg judges by far in prior fights

BS! When has athletic commission ever selected a repeat judge who had 1 fighter winning,in a contentious 1st match? & That judge was only 1 to score it a draw in rematch(iow completely pro ggg judge)edit he scored rematch for canelo but pt remains

It was a cherry pick gone wrong. He could have fought Andre Ward for legacy, but fought Canelo because of the money and how easy he though it would be. I still think he won both fights though.

I actually agree with you for once, ggg wanted Canelo to be his career defining legacy fight where he rolls the dice v the truly elite, because ggg likes smaller fighters he can bully & doesn't fears power. He has gone his entire career fighting the same criteria of smaller guys he feels stronger than. He HATES fighting Jacobs types, that's why he held a press conference saying hed never rematch him

i dont think you know how judges are selected if you think ggg picked the judges lol. canelo had the option of replacing that judge if he wanted and he didnt take it which should raise eyebrows right there. ggg clearly won the first fight and that judge only gave it to ggg by one round so its not like it was some adelaide byrd sh-it. most people scored it wider than that so in reality that judge was already being favorable to canelo to begin with

when could he have fought ward? please explain in detail. you do know it was ward who ducked the fight for years right? even getting thrown off of hbo for poor opponent selection. you do know wards "offer" called for ggg to preemptively postpone the canelo fight for a year in order to fight ward in a years time, oh yeah and this was after ward hadnt fought at 168 for years. so ggg could have fought ward if ward was somehow at 168 which he wasnt and if he accepted a totally ****** offer that no fighter would ever accept with a better fight coming up next(according to wbc) why do you believe such silliness? why didnt ward just make ggg an offer? one fight right then and there? too hard!

Yawn.... you're excuses for ggg & criticism of everyone else for far less tells me how bias you are. You act like ggg wasn't making every diva demand under the sun, like the judges waren't judges that gifted him a WIDE win v Jacobs or had him wider than it was on prior cards, Glenn Feldman only had Canelo ahead of khan by 1 pt(it should've been 2 pts imho as Khan barely won 1 rd rd you give him 50/50 rds, but unlike ggg fans I don't think my cards infallible)

The fact of the matter is that NEVER in history has a fighter gotten to keep the same judge that had him ahead in a draw esp. in vegas. (If I'm wrong prove it)

canelo is not smaller than ggg so that makes no sense. canelo was literally coming down in weight to fight ggg, look where canelo is fighting now, etc...how do you explain that? oh canelo used to fight at 147 and 154 before he was fully grown/roided...cept when they fought he wasnt smaller and has only been fighting in bigger division since.
