you ever heard of "high intensity interval training"?

that **** works man. it's up to you to choose the intervals but for example (on your elliptical)

go at a steady pace for 15 seconds

go as fast as you can for 7

repeat this for like half an hour, you'll feel how effective it is. depending on the resistance setting, you can crunch in a bad ass work out in like 15

you can also do this with any type of cardio, running, rowing machine, etc.

try doing high intensity interval training man, that **** works

doing 10 minutes of that is like doing 30 minutes of steady roadwork

trust me, try that **** out as soon as you can

          you will be a believer

Heard of it, but never actually tried it. I usually set the resistance real high and do a short workout, or low and a long one. To mix it up sounds hype. Gotta try it son.

if that have happend JMM would have been a bigger star than he is today (undisputed linear LW champion), making the fight with PBF even bigger that it is now...
