We've cried over every divisional change and additional belt in boxing history and it's never, to my knowledge, stopped anything.

The original weight divisions were not heralded with cheer and applause.

The original body titles were exceptionally ignored to the point where holding a sanctioning body title in 1915 means nothing today and you still not seen as a legitimate world champion let alone how they felt in 1915.

Two bodies with two different champions is the entire reason fans attempted a half assed revival of lineal in the first place and look; it is still halfassed as ****. Ain't no one, not even a mug like me who can tell you every single man who beat the man, retirements, and vacancies, can tell you what lineal is because since the real lineal died and was reborn no consensus can be met as to what it actually is.....some real half assery.

More divisions get made, more fans cry about divisions.

More belts get made, fans cry about belts.

We got 17 divisions, 4 bodies, 12 world titles per division.

I'm not saying y'all're wrong, or that I don't appreciate your stances, I'm just saying I think crying about BW is a waste of time.
